Midtown Creative Agency
Design Challenge
This creative work space had 2 distinct design challenges. The first to optimize an existing workspace to maximize storage and functionality to support a growing staff.
The second challenge was to design a brand new space adjacent to the primary for in-person meetings, workshops and seminars. Both spaces needed to accommodate near term and long term functionality and growth of the business.
Focus & Priority
Collaboration and creativity was the primary focus for the office space, and the kind of work the company does. Although working in a corporate environment, we wanted to create a space that was inviting for clients and staff, while also highlighting the industrial feel of the one-of-a-kind Biltmore Building in Midtown Atlanta.
Atlanta Beltline Bachelor Pad
Design Challenge
To create a dimensionalized living space out of a one-room Atlanta loft. We turned an industrial space on the Atlanta Beltline into an inviting home using his creative energy and funky aesthetic.
Focus & Priority
The main focus was to create distinct living and work spaces, while not losing the open floor plan and natural light of the industrial loft. We married modern design with existing pieces to create a mid-century modern oasis on the Atlanta Beltline. The space is beautiful and functional, allowing for pets, hosting and a live/work environment.
Garden Party Baby Shower
Design Challenge
To create an elegant but modern casual event that allowed family and friends to celebrate the beautiful mom to be.
Focus & Priority
The main focus was to have a touch of elegance with a garden party feel. We wanted the mom-to-be and the guests to freely move around in a setting that was comfortable and casual. We wanted to create a space using spring colors, fresh florals and a bountiful southern brunch.
